Penelope ★★★★★

My 4-month-old is obsessed with the crinkle sound and chews on the little ribbon tags constantly. It's small enough to clip to the stroller, and I love that it's only 6x6 so it doesn't take up the whole diaper bag.

Penelope ★★★★★

The different ribbon tags are perfect for teething, and the crinkle sound keeps my baby entertained during tummy time. It’s just the right size for her to grab and shake.

The crinkle inside is loud enough to actually get my daughter's attention, which is saying something since she ignores most toys. It's a good size for her to hold onto during tummy time, and the little tags around the edge keep her busy when the crinkling gets old.
